Questions about buying

Which model fits which operator?

Licensed fits operators with their own IT people or hosting, a policy that data stays on their infrastructure, or a preference for a predictable annual cost. Full SaaS fits operators who want nothing to run, want to start this month, and prefer a monthly cost that tracks the number of clients they serve.

Can we switch models later?

Yes. A Full SaaS tenant can be exported and installed under a licence, and a licensed installation can be moved into our hosting. We plan the move with you and it is quoted like any other work.

Who owns the data under each model?

You do, under both. Under Licensed the data never leaves your infrastructure. Under Full SaaS it sits in your isolated tenant, you can export it at any time through reports, CSV and the API, and you can request a complete export on termination.

How do updates work under each model?

Under Licensed, updates arrive quarterly as part of the maintenance and updates fee, and you install them on your schedule. Under Full SaaS, updates land as they ship and there is nothing for you to install.

What counts as a client?

A client is a company the warehouse stores and ships for, with its own isolated data and portal login. Your own company does not count. Sites, users and integrations are priced separately from clients.

Because the number depends on which products, how many clients, sites, users and integrations, and which model. Every buyer gets a live walkthrough first, and the quote follows in writing so you can compare it line by line.
